Direct Quantitation of Proteins in Human Plasma by LC-MS published

Newomics publishes a novel assay for direct quantitation of proteins in plasma in Analytical Chemistry, entitled: “Quantitation of Intact Proteins in Human Plasma Using Top-Down Parallel Reaction Monitoring-MS”. The method was enabled by Newomics’ MEA chip, and achieved sensitivity and speed on par with ELISA.
