Abstract
Quantitative analysis of low input samples such as single cell and low abundance protein in biological samples requires highly sensitive instruments. Targeted quantification analysis using Evosep One, Newomics ion source and Agilent 6495D Triple Quadrupole LC/MS significantly increased method sensitivity. Enhanced data acquisition on 6495D mass spectrometer supports more than 10K targeted transitions from over 1000 peptides in a method. These improvements together greatly increase method selectivity, sensitivity and throughput for low input proteome quantification.
