Abstract

In this webinar, Dr. Christoph Borchers will highlight how the SysQuan workflow addresses the pressing challenges of absolute quantitation in plasma and tissue proteomics by leveraging stable isotope-labeled mouse biofluids and tissues as internal standards. He will discuss how this approach enhances reproducibility, reduces costs, and eliminates the need for traditional calibration curves, by utilizing a LCMS setup with a Newomics UniESI ion source interfaced to an Agilent 6495D Triple Quadrupole mass spectrometer.
